Four architecturally interesting apartment buildings with a total of 56 apartments, which are designed for year-round living for modern clients with a good taste. The project is being prepared in cooperation with the renowned architectural office ATIP from Trutnov, which has a lot of experience with projects in the Giant Mountains (the Krkonoše).

The project is in one of the best places on the outskirts of Vrchlabí in close proximity to winter and summer recreational sites. The town of Vrchlabí has full infrastructure and is a lively and dynamically developing place to live. It is an ideal starting point for the whole Giant Mountains and is thus their natural gateway.

The site for the apartment houses VIVA Vrchlabi is on the outskirts of the city near the recreational area of Vejsplachy. Today, there is a small factory on the land, which will be demolished before construction begins.

In the summer there is a possibility of swimming, which in the coming years will be expanded by the newly built water park, tennis, cycling,… In the winter, there are maintained cross-country trails partially illuminated and artificially snowed. The ski slopes Herlíkovice – Bubákov can be reached within a few minutes by ski bus.
At the same time, the city center with all the infrastructure is only a few minutes away. 

FACTS ABOUT THE PROJECT

The apartments will be of high material standard, with large storage space. Most will have spacious terraces with large windows. They will be offered at various levels of the standard, including the possibility of fully equipping the interior with quality furniture from Czech manufacturers. Each house will have a lift, each apartment will have parking in the underground garage and its own cyclobox for sports equipment.
