Nemomax investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem, a.s. obtained authorisation to operate a qualified investor fund on 6. 6. 2017. The Nemomax fund is also authorised to engage in activity after the company was entered by the Czech National Bank in the register of investment funds having legal personality on 1 June 2017.

Nemomax investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem, a.s. is a qualified investor fund. Only a qualified investor according to Section 272 of Act No. 240/2013 Sb. on investment companies and investment funds may become an investor in the fund.

The Nemomax fund is an externally-managed qualified investor fund having legal personality whose governing body is the company AVANT investiční společnost, a.s., having its registered office at CITY TOWER, Hvězdova 1716/2b, 140 00 Praha 4, Company Number 27590241, entered in the Commercial Register maintained at the Metropolitan Court in Prague, file B 11040, through which the fund is managed and administered. CYRRUS, a.s. acts in the capacity of depository.

The fund primarily focuses on investing in holdings in capital business corporations, in particular those that own real estate, and on the purchase and sale of investment securities, on money market instruments, on claims for the payment of funds from deposits in an account maintained in banks or foreign banks, and on the loans and credit provided by the fund. The Nemomax fund might also acquire other assets, in particular real estate, but only as a secondary investment activity. The minimum investment horizon is 4 years.
