Four apartment buildings, each architecturally attractive, with a total of 58 apartments, designed for year-round living for modern clients with taste. The apartments all have well-considered layout, are of a high standard, come with all the required amenities, and have generous terraces. The project is under preparation in cooperation with renowned architectural firm ATIP from Trutnov, which has plenty of experience of projects in the Krkonoše Mountains.

The town of Vrchlabí has all the infrastructure you might need and is a vibrant place in which to live, a place of dynamic evolution. The location chosen for the VIVA Vrchlabí apartment buildings sits on the edge of the town, in proximity to the Vejsplachy recreation complex. A small factory stands on the site at present, but this will be demolished before construction work gets underway. During the summer, there is natural open-air swimming, a new aquapark set to be added within the next few years, tennis, and cycling. In winter, meanwhile, there are treated cross-country skiing tracks, partially floodlit and artificially snowed. The downhill runs at Herlíkovice – Bubákov can be reached in just a few minutes by skibus. All the while, of course, the centre of the town, and all infrastructure, is just a few minutes away.
