The fund’s investment objective is to ensure sustainable appreciation in the value of the resources invested in the fund by shareholders, primarily by making direct and indirect investments in real estate, apartments, and non-residential space, as well as the construction of new real estate, apartments, and non-residential space throughout the Czech Republic. We also expect to have holdings in real-estate companies and other companies, to provide loans and credit, and to invest in other ancillary assets in the Czech Republic and abroad in which we predict an above-standard yield.

Memorandum
The fund is a qualified investor fund according to Act No. 240/2013 Sb. on investment companies and investment funds, whereby only a qualified investor according to Section 272 of that act may become a shareholder in the fund. The manager refers investors to the fact that the value of an investment in the fund might fall and rise and that the return of the amount originally invested is not guaranteed. The previous performance of the fund does not guarantee the same or better performance in the future. Investment in the fund is designed to achieve a yield when held over the medium- to long-term, and is not therefore suitable for short-term speculation. Potential investors should primarily consider the specific risks which might arise from the investment objectives of the fund, as they are specified in the fund rules. Investment objectives are reflected in the recommended investment horizon and in the fees and costs of the fund.
