The investment objective of the Fund is the continuous appreciation of means invested by the fund’s shareholders, in particular in the form of direct or indirect investments in real estate, housing units and non-residential premises, including construction of new real estate, housing units and non-residential premises throughout the Czech Republic. We also count on participation in real estate and other companies, providing loans and credits or investing in other ancillary assets with anticipated above-standard returns within the Czech Republic and the European Union.
