The investment objective of the Fund is the continuous appreciation of means invested by the fund’s shareholders, in particular in the form of direct or indirect investments in real estate, housing units and non-residential premises, including construction of new real estate, housing units and non-residential premises throughout the Czech Republic. We also count on participation in real estate and other companies, providing loans and credits or investing in other ancillary assets with anticipated above-standard returns within the Czech Republic and the European Union.

The Fund is a fund of qualified investors according to Act no. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds, thus only a qualified investor pursuant to Section 272 of this Act may become its shareholder. The manager notifies investors that the value of the investment in any fund may fall or rise and that the return on the originally invested amount is not guaranteed. The performance of a fund in previous periods does not guarantee the same or higher performance in the future. The investment in a fund is intended to generate returns in the medium and long term and is therefore not suitable for short-term speculations.
